Returns Policy

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully:

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of alcoholic products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within immediately with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund, if the damage was caused by our company.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-20 working days to your original or chosen method of payment.

Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

At House of Aoleon Wines, we want every customer to enjoy their experience with us. If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged Merchandise in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. You may choose between:

A replacement product

Credit on your account

A refund for the damaged item

We’ll handle your request promptly.

Incorrect or Missing Items

On the rare occasion that you receive the wrong items, please keep both the incorrect items and their packaging so we can arrange collection. For missing items, we’ll gladly process a replacement order, issue account credit, or provide a refund — whichever works best for you.

Returning an Unwanted Order

Unfortunately, due to the nature of alcoholic products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once delivery has been made. However, if you need to cancel an order before it is dispatched, please contact us immediately and we’ll assist.

Dissatisfaction with Quality or Taste

We take pride in the quality of our wines. However, taste is subjective. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your wine, please contact us and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.

Reshipping Orders

If your order is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts, we are happy to reship it. Additional delivery charges may apply. Please contact us to make arrangements.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

House Of Aoleon Wines (Pty) Ltd is fully committed to fulfilling the highest quality of service and products, with your satisfaction a top priority. But if, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with our delivery or the quality of items that arrived, just let us know within fourteen days and send them back at your cost. If upon inspection we find that something was amiss at the time of shipment, we will conduct and investigation thereafter once we are satisfied with the results, we will reimburse both purchase price of those items and any shipping costs incurred; granting you were quick enough to return them in thirty days from receiving them! Nevertheless, please be aware that if none is returned within two weeks, then this order will automatically be approved by use as satisfactory.
