Shipping Policy
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across South Africa. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or charges.
Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier constraints.
Delivery Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Breakages & Shortages: Any breakages, missing items, or incorrect orders must be reported immediately within delivery with photos as proof.
We are unfortunately limited in where we can deliver our items. Unless your indicated sending address is within the zones of delivery, we will be unable to perform the requested shipment for you. Without any written agreement about a prolonged delivery time, all requested products may start being sent out without delay.
If your delivery address falls within our designated areas of service, we vow to get your order delivered in a reasonable amount of time.
Our usual delivery days are during business hours, and we aim to contact you ahead of any scheduled date so you can plan accordingly.
Please keep in mind these dates are estimates only - we do not accept responsibility for failure to arrive at the pre-set timing.
If there is an instance where we can't provide all of what was ordered, don't worry; we'll let you know right away and reimburse your full payment within 30 days.
At the time of product delivery, it is indispensable that either you or anyone who is accepting the item in your stead to sign a copy of the conveyance note naming all provided items, their corresponding fees, VAT and any outstanding amount owed. We accept that whoever receives order at requested destination has permitted acceptance on your behalf.
If nobody can take delivery at predetermined timing, then we shall be liable to charge additional delivering fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
House Of Aoleon Wines (Pty) Ltd is fully committed to fulfilling the highest quality of service and products, with your satisfaction a top priority. Nevertheless, please be aware that if none is returned within one day from the time of receipt, then this order will automatically be approved by use as satisfactory.
